Our water heater stop working properly and unable to produce hot water. Troubleshot with Rheem and they sent us a burner assembly kit, but we did not know how to install it. We called up Tony’s Plumber and they dispatched Erwin for the job. Erwin was so knowledgeable. He explained how it happened and whether it’s worth replacing the part or the entire system. Since Rheem has sent us the burner assembly kit we decided to replace it and see how long it’ll last. Erwin said it would take about an hour but he completed it in half an hour instead. Our water heater is still up and running as of right now. We can’t thank Erwin and his team enough for all they have done. I highly recommend these guys for plumbing issues. ~ Edmond L

First time using Tony's plumbing I chose them for the name lol didn't know what to expect but wanted to give them a try and had a stubborn clogged that I was working on for three days it totally deflated me and as a man I realized I'm not going to fix this so I made the call soon after Jacob showed up on time professional and a great sense of humor to boot had that drain flowing in minutes and the part that stood out among the rest is how he explained everything he took the time I'm very impressed with Tony's plumbing and am happy to say I'll be using them next time for sure Thanks Tony's plumbing and Jacob for showing me that there is still trustworthy businesses out there.... I highly recommend Tony’s Plumbing! They were absolutely amazing from start to finish—fast, communicative, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. They took the time to explain everything, answer our questions, and make sure we understood what was going on instead of just rushing through the job. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly, and you can tell they’re a very family-oriented company that genuinely cares about their customers. It’s hard to find companies that are this responsive, informative, and trustworthy. We had such a great experience and will definitely be using Tony’s Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs. This is our 2nd time using Tony’s Plumbing who we found through Loves Air HVAC. Jose called ahead and came on time in Tracy 9:00 am 3/12/26 . He was super clean, wearing the shoe covers and he used a protective rug under the sink in case water or debris came out. Everything was left as was when he was finished. He was friendly , professional and very experienced and knowledgeable. We learned so much and we felt comfortable asking questions. It was like having a friend come over !!! He fixed our air gap in the kitchen that was clogged and shower . We highly recommend Tony’s plumbing and Jose is one of the best we’ve worked with!!! Thanks sooo much!! ~ RB C

Trey W. The service plumber did a great job, he was dispatched to my facility around 10 am. He Inspected the plumbing issues, gave me a few reasonable quotes to choose from and he was able to perform the emergency repairs on the same day. He was very professional and courteous, he completed the repairs in a timely manner and the job was done before 5 pm. Tony's plumbing trucks are very well supplied with equipment and parts to do the job. I was impressed with Trey's work and I would recommend this company to friends for future repairs, including emergency repairs. Thank you. ~ Tony P

Trey and his assistant came out and handled the business with no hang ups. This after a great estimate experience. We got one more estimate and decided Tony was the best fit for us. We had a slab leak of the hot water pipe and they played out the options and we went for it. They also replaced our aging water heater while also by Passing the bad slab line going up into the attic and down to the final connection site. They cleaned up and everything was done very sanitary as we used to say back in the day. Like I said. No delays and done right the first time. This was a stressful issue in the house as we went without water for a week. So a process like we had with Tony’s Plumbing was really needed to make us see light at the end of the tunnel. Great job , great employees (Trey and assistant) sorry Treys assistant , I forgot your name and that’s on me! Oh by the way they also did one extra thing for me that’s was super great! Tony’s Plumbing was excellent. The gentleman that did the plumbing work was Jonathan M. He was very knowledgeable and very detail oriented to make sure the job was done correctly and that we were satisfied customers. We were very pleased with his work. Everything was finished and cleaned when he left. We couldn’t be happier with the work Jonathan M. did. We will gladly use TONY’S PLUMBING again. Brock , who is the technician, very knowledgeable about the water heater system . He explained very clearly upfront the possible issue and how he is going to go about troubleshooting to find the root cause . He provided several options for me to pick. Since my system was over 10 years old , I decided to replace the whole unit. Brock was very efficient and got everything replaced the same day. I highly recommend Tony’s plumbing for their services. ~ john s

My AC died on the hottest week of the summer. I called Tony’s, and they sent their technician, Michael. Michael was very professional, very knowledgeable, and absolutely knew his craft. On top of that, he was extremely friendly and also took the time to explain to us how and why he was doing things. He got our system back up in a couple short hours. Paul provided excellent plumbing service. He repaired our dishwasher and fixed a leaky sink trap under the kitchen sink. Everything is now working flawlessly. He also flushed our water heater and resolved a slow drain in the upstairs bathroom. Paul was professional, helpful, and very informative throughout the visit. I called Tony's Plumbing to locate and correct a gas leak as well as fix a leaking tub/shower. The technician Brock was right on time and very professional, he had to spend extra time flushing debris from the pipes.in this old house but got everything completed at a.very fair price. He even flushed out my water heater to clean the debris with no extra charge. I will definitely use Tony's Plumbing when the time comes to replace it. ~ Joe C

Our water heater went out and our technician Samuel came out twice to try and fix it before we realized we would have to have a new one installed. He was so friendly and courteous. He never pushed us or tried to up sale anything. The office/dispatchers were also very nice and understanding. We called on Monday morning for a faucet installation and a leaking kitchen sink. The office staff was very polite and eager to assist. Tuesday afternoon our plumber, Tyler, showed up and handled the project with professionalism and explained every step of the process to my wife. Very fair inspection. Did not overcharge and say it was another issue. I had another plumber inspection that tried to overcharge me and Tony said that was not the issue. They completed the work in a timely manner and were very responsive. Could tell the worker was very good in his craft and he did a great job rechaulking the shower. At 3 in the afternoon on a Friday, I had a small emergency and Tony’s sent a plumber out to me within an hour. The plumber, Tylor, did a great job. He’s very knowledgeable and truly wanted to do a good job. He verified that everything was working properly. He even looked at the water pressure for me. Tony’s plumbing does a great job. ~ Robert M

From the beginning to the end, the service here is excellent. Brock was here within 15 minutes which is a great help when you can't use your water! He was professional and explained every phase of the job, what he was doing and why. Eddie came to do a yearly water heater flush and check of all the plumbing. He found that the hot/ cold turn on off valves in 2 bathrooms were corroded and needed to be changed. He did a great job. We really appreciate Tony's Plumbing. They have great employees who do great work. ~ Jeanine M
